During this 75-minute webinar, our expert speakers will reinforce the benefits of eating a variety of nutrient-rich foods, review the latest research on consumption trends of these foods, and show how to incorporate more plant foods in unique culinary applications through a fun culinary demo. You’ll walk away from this webinar with a renewed understanding of the benefits of eating a wide variety of nutrient-rich foods on health, as well as with actionable tips and guidance to help your patients and clients include more of these foods in their everyday lives.
