Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) and other nutrition professionals are addressing the topic of snacking regularly with patients and clients, answering questions about optimal snack choices and pairings, snacking trends in work-from-home and on-the-go environments, and snacking benefits for nutrition and health.
