Description: As scientific evidence continues to demonstrate that there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach for nutrition and health, consumers are seeking personalized nutrition solutions to better understand how to customize diet choices to meet individual needs. Although personalized nutrition is gaining popularity among consumers and Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) alike, there is still much to learn on the topic. In this 75-minute webinar, our expert speakers will provide an introduction to personalized nutrition; review emerging science, trends, innovations and technologies; and provide a dietitian’s perspective on how to implement personalized nutrition in practice.

This event will aim to:

  1. Provide an introduction to personalized nutrition and describe the current research landscape
  2. Review emerging personalized nutrition trends and innovations
  3. Review the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist’s (RDN’s) role in personalized nutrition, and how RDNs can leverage personalized nutrition technologies to guide and engage clients in practice
